Thank you so much for sharing this story of what life looks like with mental health struggles. I feel similarly about my BA in comic books. It didn't get me a job, but I did have the most wonderful, life-changing experiences that informed my poetry career in the future.
I can't say how honored I am to have my book on your list. I highly recommend Mary's craft book! I've read it several times. Ted Kooser's is great too, but I'm always looking for more. Thanks for your list!
